Critical Negotiation Skills
This 3-Day course in Negotiation is an extensive mind-provoking seminar. The seminar participants will gain familiarity with negotiation and be able to fully appreciate pre – negotiation preparation, the principled negotiation process, leadership and negotiation management in the bargaining table, how to overcome cultural barriers, how to monitor and assess their BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) and the BATNA of their counter party, and how to close with a Win – Win result for all.
The course is CPD Accredited, 30 CPD hours will be awarded upon completion of the course. We are also PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) for this course, 30 PDUs will be awarded for this course to meet the continuing education requirements needed by PMI credential holders.
